Asterias, a cactus native to the mountainous regions of Mexico, is the name of this new project by Patricia Urquiola. A generously sized round table, characterized by a central base reminiscent of the cactus from which it takes its name. It is in fact made up of six curved wooden panels in the shape of ears applied projecting on a central upright. The panels are made with a particular technique of 3D reproduction.
