JOYA Lifestore was created by Sandrine Mons, and her partners, during Les Brunchs de Douglass and the After Works that she organized at Loft … before we changed into Bel Œil!
From these meetings was born a collaborative project, Place du Pin in Nice, in which various actors come together, who contribute into making Joya an essential place of the Port, made up of meetings, professional or private, shops, gastronomy. … And it’s 50 meters from Bel Œil!
Bel Œil made a major contribution to the design of the premises, and we are proud of the result, particularly for the workspaces for rent: offices, meeting rooms that breathe life, exchanges and flexibility.
A welcome “at home” with Ghost sofas by Gervasoni, Scandinavian armchairs by Muuto, and decorative atmospheres modified according to the life of the place and the events in progress.
The small terrace on the Place du Pin, furnished with the editions of Petite Friture, allows you to have a coffee well anchored in the local landscape, and to soak up the lights of the Port of Nice district …
The “bench” desks are from Fantoni, and available for coworking rental … We sit, alone or with others, on colorful chairs by Hay, Alias, Gubi, Normann Copenhagen …
The clean room is flexible, and offers changing uses depending on whether we meet, attend a masterful conference or have breakfast … everything is white: Muuto, Hay or Magis chairs, Pedrali tables .
Finally, a few meeting rooms for 8 or 10, around farm tables created by Heerenhuis, USM Haller furniture and Alias armchairs: what a welcome!
