Val Thorens Restaurant
… two years after completing the entire Val Thorens Hotel project, we were asked to help remodel the restaurant, with a more elaborate, cosier version …
We’re in a large chalet, where wood and warm materials create the atmosphere … an all-wood and leather version of Arne Jacobsen’s Grand Prix chair, produced by Fritz Hansen, is the focus of the project; the other seating is integrated in the layout, as specified by the architects from Festen, who oversaw the project. Also worth noting are the Tractor Stools by Bassam Fellow, an American manufacturer, which look perfect around the high tables.
